Luxury.  When your day is done come back to your quiet end unit townhome with views of the Sherwin Range.  Relax in this beautiful, newly renovated, Three bedroom townhome with in suite bath/showers and a Loft that will sleep three additional comfortably.  A Fourth bathroom with shower, located on the living room level accommodates the loft and the common areas. 

Brand new kitchen for entertaining and fully equipped for ease of cooking, with an 8 foot granite bar for five and dining table that can seat 8-10 for dinner or games. Sink into a large comfortable sectional and warm your feet in front of the stone pellet stove, and watch the 42' Flat screen mounted above. Sound docking station provides music.  There is a landline for long distance and local calls, sorry no international.  Three additional 32' flat screens are wall mounted in each of the bedrooms on the first floor. 

The townhome has a master suite with King bed, two additional suites have Queen beds, with three Twin beds in the loft area.  This will sleep 9 comfortably.  There are also three thick fold out covered foam mats available for use with your own sleeping bag.  This gives the option of housing 12.  All bedding and furniture are brand new and inviting after a long day on the mountain. Designer colors and new carpeting make this townhome warm and luxurious.  Recessed lighting and wall sconces allow for reading in bed.

Amenities include:
Hairdryers, boot warmers, alarm clocks and luggage racks in each suite.  Boot tray, and ski/snowboard rack are located in the front entry.  Large closets with dressers and a new washer and dryer in the unit.  There will be no shortage of hot water for the 4 bathrooms in this townhome with its new water heater! There is a pack and play for a baby or toddler for sleeping. A booster chair/high chair for feeding and a portable gate for the living room stairs. The Balcony with wood storage off the living room is a great place to view sunrise, sunsets and a beautiful star filled night sky.  

Location Location Location:
You'll never have to drive once you arrive.  The townhome is so perfectly located.  Shuttle stop to Eagle Lodge (5 minute ride) out in front, Shuttle to Village, Canyon and Main lodge (15-20 minute ride). Vons, Movie Theater, Shops, Rentals, Restaurants all right across the street.  There are two parking spaces in front of the unit. The snow accumulation from the complex makes for your own backyard sledding hill or snow man making factory just outside.

Mammoth Sierra Townhomes also has two outdoor hot tubs, sauna and a heated pool for guest use. The pool is open from May to middle of September.

The condo was perfect for our families. We never felt crowded. The great room was the perfect place for us to hangout, and the large side yard was great for the kids to run around in. The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware and spices. The beds were also comfortable. Would definitely come back again!

Wow! I spent 4 days/3 nights in this condo with several friends (5 people total). This beautifully appointed, large condo was comfortable and close to everything. The furnishings were comfortable and you could tell the owner is a talented designer. The bedrooms were large with plenty of space for luggage and spreading out. Loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom, too, with hairdryers, excellent towels (not cheap, thin hotel towels), and shampoo if you forgot yours. The social area on the second floor had a large kitchen, two seating areas at a bar and a dining table and a comfy sofa. TVs in every room, though who would want to watch TV when you have Mammoth Mountain all around you?! From the living room balcony, you get views of the mountains and clear starry skies at night. Other than food, you don't need to bring any amenities with you. The kitchen is well stocked with a large fridge, plenty of dishes and cookware, and the cupboard had plenty of spices and condiments. There's a Vons and a Starbucks within a 2-minute walk so if you need anything, it's easy access. The condo is close to the Village and many hiking trails. If you're a skier, I hear it's easy access to the slopes as well. This place felt like a home away from home and I'll definitely be going back.

We will definitely be staying at this unit again, everything was very clean and well stocked. The MRBO staff was extremely accommodating and helpful with answering any questions we had. The whole experience made for a very lovely trip.

Overall, we had a very smooth and comfortable stay. When we had an issue with parking, we were quickly accommodated and everything in the unit met our expectations. We'd reccommend booking with MRBO, they are very helpful and we had a very pleasant time.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's at a great location, lots of room and the bathrooms are very clean. Everyone commented on how great it is to have 4 bathrooms...there were 11 of us. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks!

Great Location and Townhouse! Our family felt at home and comfortable in the spacious and well appointed space.  What a plus having bathrooms attached to all 3 bedrooms, plus another full bath on the main floor.  It is situated in such a convenient location, being able to walk to the grocery store and especially Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory!  The vacation was great - I hated to leave the area.  Thank you to both the owner for thinking of the little things for vacationers and to Mammoth rental by owner for the ease of the rental.  We will be back!

the unit was fantastic and better than I could have expected.  We fit 10 adults very comfortably for the entire weekend.  The place was in great shape and the open floorplan on the kitchen level with the large dining table worked out great for the group.  The location was nice and close to restaurants, bars, grocery store, ski rentals and shuttle stops so we easily got around the entire town including a trip to the village late night.  The loft gets warm at night but cracking a window overnight really helped keep those up top cool while keeping the bedroom level nice and warm.  Having multiple bathrooms was the best part as everybody had their own space.  Overall we were very happy with the unit and would return again no questions asked if the opportunity presents itself

Thank you so much for a wonderful, cozy home for the holidays! This place is great - stylish yet cozy. We loved spending time relaxing in the living room watching the snow come down. The kitchen is great - clean and efficient appliances, plenty of space, huge pantry, and great bar space to keep the cooks company. This place is accommodating for all types and stays. Great location to the slopes!

Fantastic townhouse!  Perfect place to spend the holidays.  Wonderful views, comfortable living spaces, spacious rooms and kitchen, and updated appliances throughout.  The location is unbeatable - easy to walk to shopping and dining, and mountain shuttle literally across the street heading up to the slopes.  Thanks for a great stay!

The property is conveniently located, within walking distance to shopping, theaters, restaurants and the shuttle. Very comfortably equipped with all the amenities of home, and then some...Great views of the mountains, clean, quiet, close to the slopes. Enjoyed the stay...can't wait to come back...

This townhouse was the perfect place for our family ski vacation. All of the rooms are well laid out with comfortable beds and spacious storage. The living room area is a lovely and fun place to be, with people relaxing on the cloud-like couch, playing cards at the table, or prepping dinner in the kitchen - everyone can enjoy the fun! The mountain views from the second floor and loft are unmatched. All amenities and appliances are clean and modern - couldn't ask for anything better. Will definitely stay here again. Fantastic location for mountain access (shuttle stop across the street), shopping, food, and entertainment. Great place, thanks!

Amazing town home with awesome amenities! Great location. Beautiful furniture and furnishings. Walking distance to major grocery store and delicious restaurants! Great skiing in the winter, what more can you ask for we had the most wonderful experience. We will be back!
