This is a newly renovated studio-loft luxury condo within walking distance of the Mammoth Village. The complex is located in a quiet evergreen forest far from noisy streets. The front door is located only a few steps from the car park. Guests can walk from the condo front door to the Mammoth Mountain Gondola base station in 8 minutes and then 'fly nonstop' to the slopes at Canyon Lodge. The condo is also located walking distance to venues used for summer events (Bluesapalooza, Summer Movie Series).
It includes a very comfortable queen bed in the bedroom-loft and a queen sofa sleeper located downstairs next to the stove/fireplace. There are two full bathrooms. Fast wireless internet service is provided at no cost. The condo has two large screen TVs with cable-TV service. A DVD player is connected to one of the TVs. A small selection of DVDs is available. This TV also has an attached ChromeCast device that allows guests to project Google Chrome programs (eg Netflix, Hulu etc) from their personal computer to the TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparation of the most complex meals. Tableware and utensils for 4 people are provided. Free coffee is also provided. For guests who would rather dine out, many restaurants are located within walking distance at the Mammoth Village.
The condo is pet friendly. A bed and a food bowl are provided for guests with 4 legs. The complex has two large spas, a pool (open only in summer) and a laundry (coin-operated) for guests.
This is a perfect condo for a family with two young children and a dog who want to have a fun-filled ski vacation without the hassle of finding parking at Mammoth Mountain or who want to walk through lovely green forests to reach Mammoth's summer events.

Beautiful condo close to everything
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The complex is showing it's age but this unit has been beautifully updated. Everything felt brand new and looked exactly like the pictures. The neighbors were quiet or nonexistent. The owner has thought of just about everything necessary to simply unpack your bags and enjoy your stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms come with travel size sundries, and there are games, videos, and magazines in the living area. A water bowl and pet bed were also provided. The unit isn't huge but we never felt cramped or tight for space. It's an easy walk to the Village and Mammoth Brewing is just a block away (great food!). There is a paved bike/hiking path at the entrance to the complex that my boyfriend used for his morning run. If you plan on using the pool or jacuzzi, you might want to bring beach towels. One other small thing: there aren't any oven mitts so the only dishtowel has to perform double duty. The unit is conveniently located next to the parking lot with only four steps down and a short walk to the doorway. Parking is not assigned or covered, which wasn't a problem in the summer. Winter guests will need to provide reviews about parking conditions when there is snow.
Overall, this unit is a great value and we really enjoyed our stay. We have family in Mammoth and plan to rent this condo again if it's available.
